- Transparencia. Deben de informarte y explicarte en todo momento qué tipo de avería tiene tu terminal, los posibles riesgos que pueden deribar de la reparación de la misma y ser muy honestos a la hora de dar un presupuesto.
- Precio razonable. Debes de tener reparar un móvil es como un «trabajo artesanal» y un trabajo bien hecho necesita su tiempo y dedicación algo que repercute en el resultado final de la reparación. Un precio demasiado barato debe de hacerte sospechar. O bien la pieza no es original o bien el técnico no hará un trabajo que requiera la dedicación necesaria para que la reparación quede impecable.
