Super irritating, I have downloaded Gears Ult, Gears 4 and now Gears 5 at different points this week and all played terribly to the point of rage quitting/ uninstalling. I was looking through the Gears post and did not see many people complaining of framerate issues, so I am wondering if this is just a problem I am having. I would estimate it is around 15 to 20 fps.
